Resolved - Based on our monitoring, all services are working as expected. If you encounter any further issues, please let us know at help@trysapling.com.

Here is a brief summary of what happened:
Starting around 9:15 am PST morning (Nov 22) our database monitoring begin indicating an escalating utilization resulting in degraded performance across Sapling. After quickly assessing options, our Engineering team decided to restart and reset certain database settings to mitigate the issue. This led to an intentional outage of Sapling for approximately 15 minutes at which point all systems were operational and running as expected. Our team is currently reviewing our monitoring data to determine the root cause of the degraded performance.

Update - Our servers are coming back online but there may still be a delay before you can access Sapling as expected; we'll post another message when Sapling is fully online again.

Identified - Our team has identified the issue and we're going to reset some settings on the backend. Due to that, access to the Sapling app might be unavailable for about 15 mins. We'll post another update once the settings are reset.
